At Discount Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

1. Return Policy

• We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

• Returns must be sent to the address we provide upon request. Please note, items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping and Process

• If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back to us.

5. Damages or Issues

• Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at gobrower@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

7. Exchanges

• If you need a different product, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you'd like.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

• If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

9. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
